Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Permis-Exchange website and subscription to our foreign-to-Italian driving licence conversion support services.
Acceptance
By submitting a request through our form, the client acknowledges having read these terms and accepts them without reservation.
Service description
Permis-Exchange assists clients in preparing and following up their foreign-to-Italian driving licence conversion file, liaising with the EUCARIS registry, the Motorizzazione Civile, and the relevant administrations. Our team reviews the file, identifies missing documents, and follows up until the new licence is issued.
Client obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate information and authentic, legible documents. Any inaccuracy or falsified document results in immediate suspension of the file's processing.
Liability
Permis-Exchange uses all reasonable means to complete each file, without guarantee of outcome, as final decisions rest with the relevant administrations of each country.
Pricing
A personalised quote is provided to the client after a preliminary review of their file, before any commitment on their part.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
